Heyball Champion of Champions Malaysia 2026 Concludes with Historic Victories

The 2026 WPA Heyball Champion of Champions Malaysia concluded in spectacular fashion after four days of world-class competition at the Wyndham ION Majestic Hotel in Genting Highlands, Malaysia. Held from 23–26 July 2026, the tournament brought together 128 of the world's leading Heyball players from around the globe to compete for a combined USD 400,000 prize fund, further cementing its status as one of the premier events on the World Heyball Tour.

The prize fund was equally distributed between the men's and women's divisions. In each category, the Champion received USD 30,000, the Runner-up earned USD 20,000, Semi-finalists received USD 10,000 each, Quarter-finalists took home USD 6,000, players reaching the Last 16 earned USD 3,250, while those finishing in the Last 32 and Last 64 received USD 2,200 and USD 1,400, respectively.

In the Men's Division, Jack Whelan of Great Britain produced a remarkable performance to claim his maiden WPA Heyball Champion of Champions title after defeating Liu Xin of China in the final. Bronze medals were awarded to Arfan Dad of Pakistan and Corey Deuel of the United States.

The Women's Division saw Shi Tianqi of China make history by securing her third consecutive Champion of Champions title, overcoming Narantuya B. of Mongolia in the championship match. Wendy Jans of Belgium and Waratthanun S. of Thailand completed the podium with bronze medals.

The championship once again showcased the rapid growth of Heyball on the international stage, delivering thrilling matches, unforgettable performances, and another memorable chapter in the sport's history as players from across the world competed for one of cue sports' most prestigious titles.
