1. The Afri-Euro Cup is a 9-Ball Pool Challenge between the participants of the All Africa Pool Association

1. The Afri-Euro Cup is a 9-Ball Pool Challenge between the participants of the All Africa Pool Association (AAPA) and the East European Billiard Council (EEBC). Africa will host the event annually on the odd year (eg. 2019, 2021 etc.) and East Europe will host the event on the even year (eg. 2020, 2022 etc.).

2. On Thursday, 07th February 2019, the President of the All Africa Pool Association (AAPA), Mr Saths Reddy, and the President of the East European Billiard Council, Mr Marcin Krzeminski, had signed a contract in this regard at the AAPA office in Sandton, Johannesburg.

3. The details of the 2019 Afri-Euro Cup are as follows:

PARTICIPANTS: Each side will have 4 players.

POOL TABLES: One 9-Ball Pool Table will be used in the event.
Singles and Doubles Matches.

ELIGIBLITY: The 4 top players from AAPA and the 4 top players from EEBC.
AAPA will be represented by the 4 Semi-finalists from the annual All Africa 9-Ball Men’s Championships.

ENTRY FEE: There is no Entry Fee.

PRIZES: Winners would receive Cash, a Floating Cup and 5 Gold Medals.
Losers would receive Cash and 5 Silver Medals.

The host country will provide the Prize Money.
The Trophy and Medals will be provided by AAPA and EEBC.

LIVE STREAMING: The host will be responsible for Live Streaming and Live Scoring.

REFEREES: The host will provide 2 referees.

ACCOMMODATION: The host to provide accommodation (B & B) as follows:
EEBC: 2 Twin Rooms (Participants) and 3 Rooms (Officials).
AAPA: 2 Twin Rooms (Participants) and 3 Rooms (Officials).

IMPORTANT INFO: The host may print and sell tickets to all spectators (similar to the Mosconi Cup).
The host must find creative ways of making the event profitable (brochure, photographs etc.)
